Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
Do you store my financial data?
Yes — your invoice and client data is stored on UK-based servers, encrypted at rest. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Invoa is operated by Cloud Pi Consulting Ltd (Company No. 12260282), registered in England & Wales, and is fully UK GDPR compliant.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. No PayPal required.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contracts. Monthly billing, cancel anytime with no fees.
Do you support Making Tax Digital (MTD)?
Invoa produces VAT-ready invoices that meet HMRC requirements. MTD for VAT (mandatory for all VAT-registered businesses since November 2022) requires compatible bookkeeping software to file VAT returns — Invoa handles the compliant invoice side. MTD for Income Tax (ITSA) phases in from April 2026 for sole traders earning over £50,000, and from April 2027 for those earning over £30,000.
